Controlling the Content Display Order of Library Content in the Partner Portal

Overview

When you display content in a Partner Portal, Unifyr automatically sorts the showcases, products, or assets according to each item's Effective End Date. To change the position of a particular item, you must modify its Effective End Date value.

Before You Begin

You will need a list of all the items that are displayed in the same list. You should order these in the order they should be displayed. As you proceed, you should keep track of what effective dates you have assigned to each item.

How to Adjust the Content Display Order in the Partner Portal

1. Navigate to Library Content > Collateral Library.
2. Click on the desired item name to open the detail view.
3. Click Edit.
4. Modify the Effective End Date to fall between the Effective End Date of the items immediately above and below it on your ordered list.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
