Updating the Status of a Registered Lead

This feature is not available to all suppliers. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you're interested in using it.

This feature allows you to keep a more accurate record of partner-registered leads in Unifyr. Follow these steps to update the status of a registered lead:

  1. Navigate to Leads & Deals Lead RegistrationYou will see a full list of leads that have been registered by your partners.
  2. Click on the lead you want to update, to open it for edit.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click to expand the Registration section at the top of the page.

  5. Select the new status from the Status dropdown list:
    • Pending
    • Accepted
    • Rejected
    • Expired
  6. Click Save.
