  1. Navigate to Partner Portal > Site Configuration.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Go to the Site Details tab.

  4. Make changes to these areas as required.

    Important

    The Support Page is linked as a default to your team's partner support email address. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to use a different address. The designated email address receives all partner submissions of the Support Ticket Form.

    Name Text Provide a unique name for the site. This will be used as the first part of the distinct URL for this site and should be user-friendly.
    Site Key Text

    (Unifyr Scale only)

    The name of the site. This is visible only if you have multiple portal sites.
    Language Multi-select

    [Optional] Select the languages that your partner portal will support.

    Learn more about translating your partner portal here.
    Default Language Select Choose the language in which to display the partner portal, if users don't make their own selection in their account profile or browser.
    Auto Page Translation  

    (Unifyr Scale only)

    [Optional - available to customers with a Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond subscription, via the Automatic Translations feature] 

    Whether your custom pages should be translated when users access them in the partner portal.

    Enable the Automatically translate custom pages when viewed on the portal option.
    Support Page  

    The page that is displayed when users click Help > Contact Support in the portal.

    As a default, the Support Ticket Form is displayed. Leave the field blank to continue using the default form.

    If you want to use your own custom page here, select it from the dropdown list.

    Support Documentation URL  

    The resource that users will be taken to when they click Help > Support Portal in the portal.

    Defaults to the Unifyr Partner Academy. Leave the field blank to continue linking to the academy.

    If you want to link to your own partner-focused knowledge base, enter the URL here.

    Caution

    The Unifyr Partner Academy is a valuable tool for partners to quickly get the information they need to leverage their partner portal features. If you change this link, partners will no longer be able to access the Unifyr knowledge base. If your partner community uses Unifyr Support, we do not recommend changing this URL.
