You can link an external page in your partner portal’s navigation. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Partner Portal > Site Configuration.
- [Optional] Click on the site URL to open a partner portal view of the site in a new tab. This is useful to view the effect of changes to site configuration as you make them. You will need to refresh the page each time you save changes.
- Click on the View (Custom Partner Views or Default Partner Views) you wish to edit.

At the top of the navigation panel, click New Header.

Fill out the following Page Details:
- Name - Add a partner-friendly name for your new navigation item.
- URL - Paste the URL of the external page here.
- Visibility - [Optional] Restrict page visibility of the page by Partner Group. For more information, see Manage Page Visibility.
The new header will automatically be placed at the bottom of the navigation panel, in the first level of navigation.
- Drag the new navigation item to to the required location on in the navigation. You can use the arrows to move the item between the three levels of the navigation menu hierarchy.
- Click Save or Save and Close.
In the partner portal, when a partner clicks on this navigation item, the linked external page will open in a new browser tab.
