Suppliers are responsible for updating their expiring SSL certificates.

When it’s time to update your expiring SSL Certificate, the Expiry Notification recipients will receive email notification. The Unifyr Admin homepage also displays a banner advising of the expiration.

To update your SSL Certificate, follow these steps - you will need information from your organization's webmaster to continue:

  1. Navigate to Partner PortalSite Configuration.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Go to Custom Domain in the left sidebar.
  4. In the SSL/TLS Certificate area, click Update Certificate.
  5. Update this information:

    • Certificate Body
    • Private Key
    • Certificate Chain

You may need to work with your organization’s webmaster to obtain the information required to update the SSL Certificate.

For more information about the fields, see Set up a Custom Domain.

    Note

The information in these three fields will be stored but not displayed after entry for security reasons. This is part of the validation token that will help keep the site secure.

  6. Click Save.
