Important
If you have an SSO integration, this functionality will not be available to you.
If a provider user forgot their password, you can send them an email to reset their password and access their partner portal account via Unifyr. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Partner Management > Providers.
- Click the provider name from the list.
- On the left-hand sidebar, choose Users.
- Click on the user to get to the details view.
- Click ... > Send Password Reset Email. The provider user can then use that email to reset their password and access their partner portal account.
