Managing a Partner's External Identifiers

If you're syncing your partner data to/from a CRM, each partner account needs to have the ID from the CRM registered, to ensure the two records are linked.

Users with the System Management > Integrations permission (or internal Unifyr users) can add or edit a partner's External ID. Go to Partner Management > Partner Explorer > partner account > Profile:

Users with the permission can also manage External IDs for these objects:

• Partner Users
• Leads
• Deals
• Deal Accounts
• Custom Object submissions
