Enhancing a Collateral Asset via Collateral IQ

Collateral IQ can help you with smart, AI-driven naming, tagging, and data field completion when you’re editing your collateral assets. For more information, see About Collateral IQ.

1. Navigate to Library Content > Collateral Library.
2. [Optional] Use the search and filter tool to filter the items listed.
3. Click on the item you want to edit, to access it for edit.
4. Click AI Enhance. The content of your asset is analyzed by your AI.
5. Scroll through the list to review the suggestions made by Collateral IQ, and use the select/deselect option to specify which ones you want to accept/reject.
   • Suggested Name
   • Tag Suggestions
   • Field Suggestions

6. Click Apply Changes to use the selected suggestions and save the edited asset. You can change these values later with the Edit option for the asset.
