A Deal IQ AI agent acts like a Channel Account Manager to guide the deal management process, assisting partners in moving deals through the funnel and submitting them for approval. It provides deal anaylsis and insights in Unifyr Admin and the portal.
If enabled, it listens for specific events: applicable deals being created or having updates to their stage, status, or value. On these events the agent fires - it reviews a deal based on the data it contains, and your past experience, to provide insights and recommend actions. The guidance can be tailored across your deal types (if you're using them), by creating a separate Deal IQ agent for each. You can also restrict an agent to specific Partner Groups.
Deal IQ generates notifications throughout the lifecycle of the deal, for the deal owner, the partner account manager, the partner user who created the deal, and any other recipients defined in the agent configuration. Notifications can show progress, or give guidance on what’s working well, or advise what might need to be tweaked for success - you as the supplier can prompt the agent to tell your users whatever you want them to hear!
For example, a partner message, picked up from the Messages area of the portal:
Deal IQ also adds a Deal Analysis area to deal records in Unifyr Admin and in the partner portal. This shows a chronological listing of the AI-driven insights generated by the relevant Deal IQ agent. The analysis can be downloaded as a PDF.
