Giving Feedback on AI-Generated Responses and Content

You and your partners can use the portal_ai_expert_2.0_response_like_dislike.png icons to give feedback about responses and content generated by AI.

Feedback is captured, giving Unifyr insights on how to improve its AI support for you, and helping you to improve your experience.

  1. When you've received a response from Ask IQ, or it's generated content for you, click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon in the Was this helpful? area, as appropriate.
  2. [Optional] If you leave positive feedback, tell Ask IQ why you’re happy.
  3. [Optional] If you leave negative feedback, provide a reason by choosing a category and adding more information in a free text field (up to 500 characters).

  4. Click Submit.

  5. To remove the rating, click the icon again.
