Publishing a Collateral Program

Publishing a collateral program means making it available to partners in the partner portal.

  1. Navigate to Library Content > Collateral Programs.
  2. Click on the name of the required collateral program to open it for edit.
  3. Click Publish. This makes the Collateral Program available for display on the portal.
  4. Partners will be able to view the program from the Browse Collateral Programs page as long as the current date is between the program's Effective Date Begin and Effective Date End.
