Overview
What it delivers: A listing of playbook and library assets, including partner campaign resources, white papers, analyst reports, and case studies, and the number of downloads by partners, including most recent download, date the asset was created, number of times downloaded, and, if a template was used, the name of the template.
Why you care: You can review the data at any time, but the recommended timeframe for review and trending is monthly.
The data is gathered from partner activities on the Download Only playbook assets you have made available to your partners in the Playbooks section of Unifyr. The report shows the assets downloaded, the number of times downloaded, the date most recently downloaded, and when the asset was originally added into the platform. To see the details of assets that can be co-branded by partners, please view the Multimedia Summary report.

Report Descriptions
This table defines each column of the report.
- Program Name
The name of the playbook.
- Asset Name
The name of the syndicated content in the playbook.
- Type
The type of content that this asset is.
- Most Recent Download
The most recent date that the asset was downloaded.
- Create Date
The date that the asset was created.
- Count Downloads
The total number of times the asset has been downloaded by viewers.
- Last Template Name
When multiple templates have been used, this is the name of the most recent template.
