In Leads & Deals, click on a lead in the leads list to open it and display more information.
The additional information is displayed in collapsible sections - you may need to click Edit to see it all:

Status - information about the current status of the lead, and its setup. Information differs based on whether you're looking at a distributed or registered lead
- Associated module or routing rule
- Partner name
- Name of individual user, if the lead was passed directly to one
- Campaign name, if the lead was associated to one
- Lifecycle of the lead - routing steps taken, mailing history, status changes, etc.
- User who registered the lead
- Custom lead information

Lead Details - the details and source of the lead
- Contact information
- Source of the lead
- Current lead owner (if the owner is a partner-identified Sales Rep, this is indicated)
- When it was created/modified
- Its current stage in the sales process
- Identifiers from Unifyr or external systems
- Company Information - the company with which the lead is associated
- Attachments - files of supplementary information
- Registration information
- Custom Fields - non-standard lead information specific to your organization
- Lead Events, Deal Summary, and Opportunity Summary - system generated information about the creation of the lead and the results it's generated
If the Ask IQ is enabled on your system, it can generate an assessment of the strength of the lead. It uses the details provided for the lead, and compares them to previously distributed/registered leads in your system. It also gives an AI Confidence score, which is its confidence in the validity of the assessment it has provided - this depends on the amount of information the lead contains.

Notes
- For more information about Ask IQ, and how to enable it, see Unifyr's AI Assistants.
- Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to use this type of prediction for leads/deals. They may need to make a small change to your Lead/Deal Details page to support it.
- Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.
