Partners have access to three tabs in Campaign IQ:

Discover - explore available marketing campaigns

Draft - personalize and launch chosen campaigns

Monitor - monitor performance of active campaigns

Discover

In Discover, partners can search, filter, and explore the marketing campaigns you’ve provided for them.

Each campaign includes a badge to indicate its status (e.g. New, Updated), a thumbnail image, a summary of its content, icons to indicate what tactics it includes, and the list of tags that categorizes it.

You can give the partner guidance to choose the most relevant campaigns for their business:

  • Highlighting of campaigns you’re promoting
  • AI-powered recommendations - based on a comparison of the campaign’s metadata and the partner’s profile. Partners can filter the view to pick up campaigns that are 90+%, 70-89% or 50-69% matched to their business.

The Campaign IQ AI Agent generates recommendations on your behalf. You must enable and configure the Agent - for more information, see Activating a Unifyr IQ Agent and Configuring the Campaign IQ Agent.

Partners can click View Details to get a more detailed description of a campaign and its contents, and be able to bookmark it for later use. The Campaign IQ page includes a Show Saved Only filter, which enables partners to list only the campaigns they’ve bookmarked in the page.

Using Filter Presets, the partner can save filtered views of the page, and set one of them as a default so the page will always open to that view for them. When browsing the page, they can click any of their other saved filters.

Draft

In Draft, partners can manage all the campaigns they have chosen and activated, track their progress through the review and launch preparation workflow, and resume their work on a campaign with a single click.

Their progress is tracked, so they can easily see which campaigns still need their attention. Once they’re working on an activation, there’s an intuitive stepped workflow that allows them to preview the included activities, and easily identify any activities for edit/update and approval.

Here, the campaign includes an email distribution workflow, and 4 email templates. The user has personalized and approved one email, and flagged the other 4 activities for edit.

They’ll click Continue to Finalize to go to the edit pages, where they can set general campaign settings such as email sender information, target recipient lists, and sending schedule, and personalize each of the remaining activities. The page indicates how many activities still need to be completed before the campaign can be launched, and these are marked with a portal_campaign_iq_flagged_activity_icon.png.

When configuring the sending schedule for tactics, the partner has two options:

  • IQ Scheduling - let AI optimize send times based on audience engagement patterns, content type, and industry best practices.
  • Manual Scheduling - allow the user to define when each tactic should be sent with precise control over dates, times, and delays.

With both options. the Schedule tab of Campaign Settings gives the user full guidance on what they’ve already configured, what they still need to do, suggestions to maximize performance of tactics, and where there are errors in the setup:

The Send Test option allows users to send themselves a copy of any emails, and check that they’re correctly configured.

Campaign IQ guides the partner to complete the launch preparation of campaigns they’ve activated. They’ll see notifications in their portal_settings_icon.png > Messages area in the portal:

Once tactics are personalized as required, the campaign settings are confirmed, and the schedule finalized, the user can launch the campaign.

Monitor

In Monitor, partners can view all the campaigns they’ve launched, see an overview of the execution of workflow-based campaigns, quickly assess campaign-specific performance through dynamic statistics, take status-specific actions such as Pause or Review, and access comprehensive analytics.

Each campaign shows a summary of key events and actions - when it was activated and last updated, what events are included, and the number of sends, opens, and leads for activities:

Clicking Dashboard reveals a full overview of the campaign’s performance - number of actions taken on the tactics, performance trends over a selected time period, a list of leads generated from the actions, a list of interactions by recipients, plus an Open Rate and Click Rate percentage.

User can click into the other tabs and drill down into more detail - the scheduling for the campaign, the leads it's generated and the engagement activities taken by its contacts.
