Deleting Users' Training Progress

You can revoke users' completion of Modules, Courses or Certifications, either singly or in bulk. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Partner Management > Learning Management > Training Progress.
  2. Select the Modules, Courses, or Certifications tab.

  3. Check the selection box next to each Module, Course, or Certification completion you want to revoke. Check the box in the header row to select all entries.

  4. Click Delete Progress.

  5. You are asked to confirm that you want to delete the selected progress. Click Delete to confirm. The selected entries are removed from the Training Progress list.

Notes:

  • If you delete a user’s progress against a Module, that progress is removed from all Courses in which the Module appears. It doesn’t affect completion of a Course if it’s already been completed.
  • Deleting a user’s progress against a Course does not remove progress from all Modules in the Course.
