Adding Custom Actions to an Onboarding Plan

Use the Custom Task to add non-Unifyr activities to a Unifyr Onboarding Plan, for example participating in an orientation call with one of your Channel Sales managers before progressing out of the initial stage. 

Custom tasks must be manually tracked/marked as completed against the partner record. For more information, see Track Partner Completion of Custom Onboarding Tasks.

Note

If the custom task includes a URL (an optional setting), it will automatically be marked as complete when the user clicks the link. This type of custom task doesn't have to be manually tracked and acknowledged.
