The Unifyr Product team relies on insights from our customers and users to understand what they actually need, and how existing features can be improved to support their business processes. Your inputs help us decide what to prioritize next. They can also help us design features in ways that meet requirements or solve identified issues.
You can submit product suggestions, insights and feedback to Unifyr in a dedicated portal.
Navigate to > Help > Customer Product Portal.
If you're the first user from your organization to visit the portal, you'll be asked to accept the terms of use - check the box then click Activate to continue. The terms indicate that you're submitting data to ProductBoard (3rd party application), and giving permission for it to be stored and processed by them.
The portal shows existing feature ideas for the portal - it's a living document that is constantly updated as new suggestions are submitted and existing ones move through the development > release lifecycle.
You can review the list of change requests, vote on ones you want to see implemented, and submit ideas of your own. You can also indicate if a suggestion doesn't have any relevance for you and your business - that type of feedback also helps us with our decision!
The portal is organized into tabs, each reflecting a different status in the feature lifecycle. This makes it easy to see at a glance where any given request stands - from early idea to shipped release.
- Under Consideration - New ideas - vote and help us decide what to develop next.
- Planned - We've committed to building these features.
- In Progress - Our team is actively working on them right now.
- Public Preview - The first iterations are ready - submit a request to your Unifyr team to get early access before general release.
- Launched Highlights - The highlights we've released and delivered.
