You can import a .CSV file of multiple email addresses and domains and add them to the Email Suppression list in a single action.

  1. Prepare your .CSV file for import.

The .CSV file should contain the list of email addresses and/or domains in a single column. Start inputting the email addresses and/or domains from the second cell (A2).

If you start the data in the wrong cell, Unifyr will present the message <filename>.csv does not appear to contain any data when you try and import the file. You may need to add some arbitrary text in the A1 cell to ensure your data starts in A2 when saving the .CSV.

Here is an example of a properly formatted CSV file:

  2. Navigate to Settings > Email Suppression.
  3. Click Upload CSV.
  4. In Import Emails and Domains, click Select File to choose the .CSV file to import.

  6. Click Import.
  7. A message confirms that the system is processing your file.
