When you edit the templates that format email notifications sent from an Automation workflow or a Reminder notification loop, Unifyr maintains a history of the changes made.
Note
The Reminders feature needs to be enabled on your system. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you’re interested in using it.
To view the history:
- Navigate to > Settings > System Messaging.
- In System Messaging, navigate to the Custom Emails tab in the left sidebar.
- Click on the name of the template you want to update, to open it for edit.

Click Options > View History. Here you can see when the template was updated, and by whom, and any comments the updater left.
- [Optional] To restore a previous version of the template, click on it in the list.
