Viewing Version History of Templates for Automation/Reminder Emails

When you edit the templates that format email notifications sent from an Automation workflow or a Reminder notification loop, Unifyr maintains a history of the changes made.

Note

The Reminders feature needs to be enabled on your system. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you’re interested in using it.

To view the history:

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging. 
  2. In System Messaging, navigate to the Custom Emails tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the name of the template you want to update, to open it for edit.
  4. Click Options > View History. Here you can see when the template was updated, and by whom, and any comments the updater left.

  5. [Optional] To restore a previous version of the template, click on it in the list.
