Unifyr supports the importing of custom Partner User, Partner, or Deal fields from a CSV file. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you need assistance with building a spreadsheet with the correct format, or start with the sample file provided.

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > Forms & Fields.
  2. Select the type of custom field you want to import - Partner User, Partner, or Deal.
  3. Click Import Fields.
  4. [Optional] Prepare the spreadsheet (CSV format) that contains the fields you want to upload, if it's not already available.

The CSV file should contain the columns listed in the table below, with a row for each field you want to import. You can click Download a sample file to get a sample spreadsheet. For more information about these columns, see Add Custom Partner User / Partner / Deal Fields.

name The internal (Unifyr Admin) name.
    displayName The partner-facing (portal) name.

Some custom field options are not included in the default spreadsheet. Submit a request to your Unifyr team to discuss adding more columns.

  5. Click Choose File and select your spreadsheet.
  6. Review Unifyr's analysis of the data and the requested import.

Error messages detail where the data is invalid for import - for example, if the field already exists in Unifyr, the row is missing required information, etc.

Click Download these entries to download a file of the invalid rows. You can fix the errors and re-upload this file separately from your original import.
