Partner Portal Management Design your Partner Portal for Partner success. We began with the belief that portal building should not be hard. It shouldn't require a web designer. Instead, we wanted program specialists to have the opportunity to quickly build and adapt content to meet the needs of Partner organizations that change quickly. In Unifyr, the FastTrack Portal Builder tools allow users to refresh and update your portal in minutes in response to a business need. Users can quickly and easily build and modify page layout, color schemes, menus, content, and styling to build and modify the site. All elements of the Portals are mobile-responsive. Additionally, content is fully editable and may be entered as text or HTML.
Partner Registration From Unifyr's portal, register and auto-approve partners, based on your registration and approval processes. Each program has unique requirements. So, Unifyr is designed to support your program's application process, data collection requirements, routing and approval steps. New partners and partner contacts are immediately synchronized to your CRM via the CRM connector and kept automatically up to date between the two applications. Partners can manage their own program membership, credentials, profile data, training, and other program participation. Super-users can audit and manage colleague access and via partner-wide reporting, reducing the effort of administering the partner program.
Partner Guided Onboarding Guide your partners to promote and sell your solutions. We know that relationship consistency delivers results, so we have allowed you to design a program that meets the needs of new and existing partners. In Unifyr, manage approvals and account assignments, capture and ensure compliance with contracts, welcome them to the program, show introductory content, offer personalized training plans, monitor activity and send regular updates and notifications to encourage engagement.
Recruitment & Targeting Not all potential partners are created equal. Unifyr allows you to target your ideal partners through segmentation and then continue to engage them with nurture campaigns. Through the tools, you can offer calls to action to register on your portal and then automate partner initiation with Unifyr's automated workflow. If needed, partner applications can be stored as leads and synchronized to your CRM as Leads.
To-Partner Communications Create a regular to-partner communication cadence by building content-rich partner communications, including newsletters, announcements, and ad-hoc email blasts. Unifyr supports HTML and text email templates, with advanced content editing and link tracking. Build your email target list with our powerful selection tool, preview, test, and approve communications before scheduling them for distribution. Unifyr automatically displays emails within the portal as well, and monitors and reports on partner response, so that you know who is engaging with your program.
Collateral Centralize and manage your partner enablement content. Unifyr offers a highly flexible repository for digital assets of any type, grouped and tagged ready for display in the partner portal. In Unifyr, you can bulk-upload assets or reference a remote location. A wide range of tagging options is provided for displaying assets within the pages of your partner portal, with a choice of layouts and search options provided for partners. 
Training & Certification (LMS) Create, manage, and monitor partner training with ease, using Unifyr's Channel LMS, certifying both partners and individuals. Self-service set-up for both online and live training, with courseware deployment, registration, testing, and scoring, reporting, and management. Your training program can be used for specialty certifications, ongoing training, product launch training, as well as for marketing or industry skill-building. To support your program, you can build and offer branded Certification programs supported with printed Certificates, notifications, social sharing, and monitoring against personal and company training targets. Training data is fully integrated into Unifyr with partner specialization data, Success Planning Tools, and Partner Score targets.
Custom Domain You can set up a Custom Domain for your Unifyr partner portal. This enables you to have your own URL to identify and promote your channel program.
