Why did I not receive the Unifyr Admin Welcome or Password Reset Email?

Overview

Unifyr sends email with account/password information in two instances:

  • Welcome

    When your account is created, a Welcome email is sent to your email address. You follow the link in the email to activate it for the first time and create a new password.

  • Password reset

    If you forget your password and select the Forgot password? option on login, a Password Reset message is delivered to your email address.

If you didn't receive either of these emails, it may be down to restrictions in your internal email system.

Check Junk/Spam folder

Welcome and Password Reset emails usually arrive immediately to your inbox. The first step to troubleshoot delivery is to check if the email has been delivered to your Junk/Spam folder.

Whitelist Unifyr Admin email addresses

If you are not receiving the Unifyr Admin Welcome Email or Password Reset email, we suggest that you whitelist to ensure they aren’t being blocked by a company email filter. A whitelist is a list of addresses that are classed as approved senders.

Whitelist these sender email addresses to ensure that the messages are delivered to your inbox:

  • Our alias for supplier user Welcome emails: welcome@email.unifyr.com (or welcome@ziftsolutions.com for mature systems)
  • Our alias for Password Reset emails: reset@email.unifyr.com (or reset@ziftsolutions.com for mature systems)

Once you have whitelisted, use the Forgot password? link on the Unifyr Admin login page to request a new Password Reset email.
