In the Partner Registration screen, is it possible to have a date field?

Unifyr automatically captures date information with each change made to any user. This includes manual changes to the account data and any activity performed by the account user. 

If you need to collect additional date information, for example, a future date when you can contact the person for tele-qualification, you can create a custom text field. for more information, see Custom Fields.
