Configuring a Webex Integration

Permission Required

In Unifyr Admin, users with role Administrator or Integrator have the ability to integrate their Unifyr account with third-party apps as a default. This may differ in your implementation - contact your Unifyr team for information.

Follow these steps to integrate your Unifyr account with Webex.

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > Integrations and choose the Legacy tab in the left hand sidebar.
  2. Click Create Integration > Webex.
  3. Authenticate to your Webex account by entering your account details and credentials.
    • When entering the Site Name, use the company information from your vanity URL. For example, the Site Name for https://ziftsolutionsonline.webex.com is ziftsolutionsonline.
    • Enable the Active setting
  4. Click Save.
  5. The account is listed on the Integrations list after it is created.

  6. You can click Test Connection to make sure your account has been integrated properly.

    If the integration is correct, you will see the message Integration configured correctly.
