A campaign is a thematic and strategic approach to marketing that allows a targeted path to promoting a single product, industry, or company. Creating campaigns in Unifyr allows you to provide your partners with branded content that encourages engagement, increases open rates and boosts lead generation.

In Unifyr, campaigns are constructed from a set of tactics (known as Marketing Activities). Marketing Activities include Emails, Web Content, Multimedia (Co-branded Collateral), Workflows, Social Posts, and Custom Activities. Campaigns can also include reference materials to go along with your Marketing Activities - Library Content and Collateral Programs.

By packaging Marketing Activities into campaigns, you will also be able to collect and visualize collated data for all of the activity relating to the specified campaign topic - typically a product or service offered.

Note

Each campaign can use any combination of the Marketing Activities listed above, but it must contain at least one of these Activities in order for a partner to be able to activate the campaign in their partner portal account. Campaigns that include only Library Assets or Collateral Programs can't be activated by partners in the partner portal.

Before You Begin

Create all Marketing Activities and reference materials before building your campaign so that they will appear in the Add Content selection list for your campaign.

Work with your Unifyr team to create tags (of type Marketing Activities) to categorize your activities and provide filters based on the tags, if required. For more information, see Tag Management.

Decide how you will provide your campaigns to your partners in their portal:

  • Campaign IQ - a campaign management experience that unifies campaign discovery, activation, and performance monitoring in a single location, with the option to enhance the experience with AI-powered insights and automation. For more information, see About Campaign IQ.
  • Campaigns feature bundle or pages - individual portal pages where users can browse and activate your prebuilt campaigns, or create their own, personalize their activated campaigns, and find activities to add to campaigns. For more information, see View Detail: Feature Bundle: Campaigns.
  • Campaign Search widget in a custom page -  allows you curate the list of campaigns you provide to your partners, by configuring default display based on campaign type and content tags. For more information, see . Adding Dynamic Content to a Custom Page.
