On-Demand Event Campaigns enable you to share recorded events such as video presentations or webinar recordings with your partners, alongside or instead of hosted live event campaigns. This type of campaign can be useful if, for example, you or your partners don't have access to Webex or Zoom for live events, or you want to share a recording of a live event after it has taken place.
You can provide a customizable collateral asset, such as a video, and package it with other content or tactics as a virtual event in the portal. For example, providing an email with a link to a landing page and contact form for the video could allow you to control access to the content to prospects who provide their contact information.
Before You Begin
- Upload the recorded content to Unifyr Admin, as an On-Demand Asset in the Collateral Library. Provide a file or a URL to a video hosting service.

Prepare any additional tactics that you want to provide for your On-Demand Event Campaign. For example, for partners to market your event properly, it's recommended that you provide an Invitation Email and a Web Plugin that partners can customize and use to generate leads for their event.
Submit a request to your Unifyr team to discuss templates for emails, microsites and landing pages, if you haven't already done so.
- We also recommend preparing and uploading any reference materials your partners would find helpful to execute this campaign.
