Managing the Tiers in a Program

A Tier represents a set of activities (Goals) that a user must complete to progress to the next Tier.

  1. Navigate to Partner ManagementPartnersTier Programs.
  2. Click on the Tier Program you want to edit.
  3. In the left hand navigation bar, go to Configure > Tiers.
Add Rename Add Image Reorder Delete
  • In the Tiers screen, select Create Tier.
  • In the Create Tier window, add this information:

    Parameter  Description
    Name Provide the name of the Tier as it will appear to the partners in the portal.
    Description [Optional] Provide a description of the Tier.
    Image [Optional] Upload an image to be used as the achievement badge for the Tier
  • Click Create.
