Creating an AI Agent

To create a Unifyr AI Agent:

1. Navigate to   > Settings > AI Settings.
2. In the Agents area of the left sidebar, choose the agent IQ in which you want to create an agent: Deal IQ or Social IQ.

3. Click Create AI Agent.

   

4. Give the agent a name.
5. Configure the agent, to specify how you want it to work on your behalf. For more information, see Configuring a Deal IQ Agent or Configuring a Social IQ Agent.
6. [Optional] Activate the agent by toggling the Active setting on.
7. Click Save.
