Creating a Unifyr IQ Agent

You can have multiple instances of the Deal IQ or Social IQ Agents. 

You can only run one Onboarding IQ Agent and one Campaign IQ Agent.

To create an instance of a Unifyr IQ AI Agent:

1. Navigate to   > Settings > AI Settings.
2. In the Agents area of the left sidebar, choose the agent IQ in which you want to create an agent: Deal IQ, Social IQ, or Onboarding IQ.

3. Click Create AI Agent. The button isn't available for Onboarding IQ or Campaign IQ agent if you already have one.

   

4. Give the agent a name.
5. Configure the agent, to specify how you want it to work on your behalf. For more information, see Configuring a Deal IQ Agent, Configuring a Social IQ Agent, Configuring the Onboarding IQ Agent, or Configuring the Campaign IQ Agent.
6. [Optional] Activate the agent by toggling the Active setting on.
7. Click Save.
