Enabling/Disabling AI Features

Most of Unifyr's AI-powered features are provided to all, as a default. You can enable/disable some or all of them yourself, if you don't want them available on your site.

Go to   > Settings > AI Settings > Advanced Settings, and choose one of these options:

• Disable/enable all AI support across Unifyr Admin and the partner portal - toggle the AI Enabled setting, then click Save.

  Your individual feature and agent settings are retained, so you can restore them instantly when you re-enable AI support.

• Disable/enable individual AI features - toggle on/off any of these options as required, then click Save:
  • Generate Images via AI - allows Ask IQ to generate images/templates for emails
  • Ask IQ Academy Access - integrates Unifyr academy knowledgebase content into your Ask IQ assistant
  • Agent Connect
  • Analytics IQ
  • Collateral IQ
