When you have an affiliate attribution setup in your system, visits to your sites identify the partners who are influencing their contacts to click through from your marketing content.

Unifyr provides two areas in which you can view how this is working for you: Attributed Traffic (dashboard view of traffic via attributed link) and Recent Transformations (list of most recent links sent with attribution parameters).

Attributed Traffic

A dashboard showing an overview of traffic from partner-shared links that carry an affiliate code. The page gives you headline metrics, trend and channel charts, and data about your top-performing partners. You can also use this view to verify how many of your partners currently have an affiliate code set, making them available for credit.

Go to Partner Marketing > Affiliate Links, and navigate to the Attributed Traffic tab in the left sidebar.

You can display data for individual partners or all partners, and choose the time period to show - last 30 days (default), last 7 days, or last 24 hours.

See these areas:

Headline metrics

  • Attributed visits - Count of visits to the site via attributed link
  • Partners sending traffic - Count of partners sending traffic via attributed link
  • Partners holding a code - Percentage of your partners that have the required affiliate code set, and are eligible for credit

Attributed visits over time

A graph showing the numbers of attributed traffic that reached your site during the selected time period.

Where traffic came from

A chart breaking down traffic based on the type of content in which attributed links originated - email, social, or web traffic (e.g. panel page).

By partner

A list of partners that have sent attributed traffic to your site, ordered by the number of visits (highest first).

Latest attributed visits

The most recent visits that arrived with an affiliate code.

Recent Transformations

A list of the most recent 50 links containing attribution data sent by partners to their contacts. Links persist on this list for up to 30 days.

Having the data available is useful in two ways:

  1. It helps you to confirm that the link decoration is continuing to happen.
  2. It also gives you a basis from which reconcile the level of engagement from prospects - compare this list to the number of actual vists from the links in the Attributed Traffic tab.
