Translate your portal for more partners

We've extended the list of languages available in portal site settings. You can now translate your partner portal into these languages:

• Bulgarian
• Croatian
• Estonian
• Greek
• Icelandic
• Latvian
• Lithuanian
• Romanian
• Slovenian

Easily see how you've categorized and filtered your collateral assets

Tags and Filters columns in the Collateral Library view now help you see each asset's marketing tags and partner group visibility at a glance, without having to open each one individually.

More new AI assistants

We've been previewing more new AI helpers in the Unifyr platform, getting feedback from our customers how they can help them become more efficient. We're now delighted to announce the general release of these members of the Unifyr IQ family:

• Analytics IQ - AI-powered natural language analytics system that allows you to ask questions about your partner program in plain English, and get the data, insights, and key metrics you need back.

• Agent Connect - MCP server allowing AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to connect securely to your Unifyr data in real-time.

These join our existing helpers to add AI-powered capabilities to your day-to-day tasks:

• Ask IQ assistant
• Social IQ social curation agent
• Deal IQ deal analysis agent
• Campaign IQ campaign management experience for partners
• Onboarding IQ onboarding progress tracker

All the helpers are available to all, and can be configured to suit your own requirements. 

Tailor the deal data you collect from your partners

You can now define which Custom Objects (of type Deal) are available for each of your deal types, giving you control over the data partners can add when working their deals.

Use the Available Custom Objects field when creating a deal type. The field defaults to All.

You and your partners can then add submissions of the specified data points when editing a deal of that type.

Find collateral contributed by a specific team member

We've added a Created By filter to the Collateral Library listing, allowing you to filter the list by the user who uploaded assets. You may need to use the More menu to activate the filter.

Partners can apply much more complexity when configuring their social feed

When configuring their social feed, partners select social media tags to specify which topics they want to subscribe to. Previously this was a simple AND statement, e.g. Vertical = Maritime AND Language = French. Now the tag selection can include options/alternative scenarios, and exception rules, for example:

Vertical = Maritime AND Language = French

OR

Product = F100 OR F200

Specifying the feed in this way allows for more complex rules and makes it easier to differentiate between the types of post users want to review or auto-approve.

An exception rule, for example Vertical does not contain Maritime, will match on all values of Vertical except Maritime.

Partners configure their social feed in > Settings (or My Settings) > Social Media.

Learn how to upload files via API

We've added information about this API endpoint to the API Explorer in Unifyr Admin:

• File Uploads - Upload assets (images, documents) referenced by campaigns, collateral, mailings, and other partner content.
