Push updates about lead/deal data events
You can now configure webhooks to handle delivery of Lead and Deal information out of Unifyr to your own external systems or documents (CRM, marketing automation platform, automation platform like Zapier, communication channel, e.g. Slack, document such as Google sheets, etc.). Data push is automatic when a specified event happens - the external system doesn’t have to poll Unifyr on a timer for changes.
You build your own webhooks: choose the trigger, the HTTP method, the request body and any headers, and the authentication mechanism. You can also instigate a test send of the result against your actual endpoint before saving the webhook.
Webhooks are configured in > Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
For more information, see Delivering Lead/Deal Data to External Systems via Webhook.
Know when you're reaching your AI credit usage limit
You can now nominate users to be notified when you've gone over 80% usage of your assigned AI credits. The notification can prompt you to investigate if you need to take action before you hit your limit, as AI-powered services may be suspended.
A new supplier notification type, AI Credit Usage, allows you to pick the user(s) who will receive the email. The page lists all your Administrator and Channel Account Manager users.
You can access this page by clicking Manage who's alerted at 80% usage field in your AI Credit Usage page, too.
For information about monitoring / managing your AI credit usage, see AI Credit Usage.
New look for Lead edit pages in Unifyr Admin
We continue to modernize and update the Unifyr Admin UI, this time bringing a fresh layout to the edit pages for Leads (accessed by clicking Edit for a lead).
All details and configuration options are organized and displayed in a tabbed layout for enhanced visibility.
Get partners' Tier data via API
We've added two new parameters to the /partners (Search partners) endpoint in the Unifyr API:
- includeTiers=true - include each partner's current tier in the response payload
- partnerTierProgramIds=<ID> - restrict the returned tiers to specified Tier Programs
For more information, see the API Explorer at > Help > API Documentation.

Include Deal status in emails
You can now insert a deal's current status directly into custom emails (System Messaging) and branded Automation messages using the new merge field Deal - Status. This means partner- and admin-facing messaging can reflect exactly where a deal stands in its lifecycle, without any manual upkeep required.
Select the Deal object or event for the templates to expose the merge tag.
Enforce your own rules for Lead auto-registration
It's now possible for you to specify that your partners must adhere to the lead auto-registration rules you set in Leads & Deals > Lead Registration > Rules, instead of setting their own. Lead Registration rules define conditions, and a lead will be automatically registered with you if it matches those conditions.
A new App Setting, Enforce Supplier defined registration rules, is available. If enabled by your Unifyr team, portal Lead Auto-Registration settings are disabled in partners' portal settings, they only view the rules that you've defined.
Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to control lead registration in this way.
For information about Lead Registration and rules, see Enable Lead Registration.
Filter your Collateral Library
We've added some additional capabilities to the filtering options we added to the Collateral Library recently (click here for release note).
-
Clicking on a tag in the Tags column filters the list by that tag
-
If a Partner Group filter has been configured using Advanced rules (an adhoc group), that's indicated in the Filters column. Click the label to go the asset details screen, where you can see the Visibility setting.
Partners can preview your marketing emails
Email previews and thumbnails in content templates now automatically update to reflect content changes and translations upon saving. This ensures that partners see the most recent version of an email, rather than stale or original content, during campaign activation.
Help partners find campaigns
A partner working in Browse Campaigns can search for a campaign by entering a criteria in the Search field. The results list now updates dynamically to show matches as they type.
Release obsolete partner data records
Deleting partners via Data Hygiene also now removes any custom field values associated with a partner. This ensures that obsolete custom fields can be deleted without being blocked by references to partners that don't exist any more.
For more information about Data Hygiene, see Data Hygiene (requires sign-in to academy).
More improvements to CRM Connectors
We're making continuous improvements to our CRM Connectors feature, where you can set up an integration with your chosen CRM and synchronize your partner, lead, deal, and custom information between it and Unifyr Admin.
-
Data exports where required dependent objects (for example, Deal Accounts for Deal syncs) aren't configured/available are now blocked with a relevant message, rather than failing silently.
- Record dependencies are resolved where syncs have occurred via other connectors of the same CRM type
-
Log entries are shown in UTC time
For more information about CRM Connectors, see CRM Connectors (requires sign-in to academy).

Give partner users access to multiple partner accounts
Partner types such as agencies, multi-brand retailers, or regional distributors need to manage accounts across multiple organizations. The need to log in to all of the accounts separately adds an unnecessary layer of difficulty and friction to their business relationships.
With this in mind, we’ve introduced Multi-Partner Users. A partner user can be a member of multiple partner accounts, using the same email address in each. A single login / credentials gives them unified access all accounts.
In the portal, they can quickly switch between the accounts to which they’re linked. They can have different roles/permissions/access in each.
Both suppliers and partner admins can add users to multiple partner accounts.
Suppliers can also create new partner accounts with an existing user as the contact.
For more information, see About Multi-Partner Users.
Note
The Multi-Partner Users feature is enabled on your system with the App Setting Multi-Partner Users. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to use it.
Control who sees files uploaded to a deal
Custom fields of type File are now permitted for deals (for file upload). When available and included on a Deal Registration form, a field of this type can have a visibility setting based on a display condition, helping you control who will see it in the deal record.
Note
You can still allow/request the upload of attachments to a deal - these will be visible to everyone who has access to the deal.
For more information, see Adding Custom Deal Fields.
Notify partners when their MDF claims are progressed
With our Automations feature, suppliers can set up a simple workflow that will send an email to a specified recipient, partner role, or supplier user/role when triggered by a specific event. We've now introduced 3 new events, so that partners can receive email notifications when you've updated their MDF claims:
- MDF Transaction Approved
- MDF Transaction Rejected
- MDF Transaction Updated
Implement 2FA for your partner portal logins
2FA is supported for partner portal logins. If enabled, users receive a 6-digit code by email, which they enter into the login screen. They can click Remember this device if they don't want to be re-prompted every time they log in on their trusted device.
This has been in place for Unifyr Enterprise subscriptions for some time - it's now available with the Unifyr Engage product.
Note
2FA is enabled on your system with the App Setting Enable Unifyr Two Factor Authentication. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to use it.
Troubleshoot API calls for partner campaign data
External integrators calling Partner Campaign endpoints with missing/invalid fields now get a proper validation error instead of an opaque HTTP 500.

Translate your portal for more partners
We've extended the list of languages available in portal site settings. You can now translate your partner portal into these languages:
- Bulgarian
- Croatian
- Estonian
- Greek
- Icelandic
- Latvian
- Lithuanian
- Romanian
- Slovenian
For more information, see Managing Site Details and About Translations.
Easily see how you've categorized and filtered your collateral assets
Tags and Filters columns in the Collateral Library view now help you see each asset's marketing tags and partner group visibility at a glance, without having to open each one individually.
Note
Tags lists tags from categories configured as Show in Partner Portal.

All the helpers are available to all, and can be configured to suit your own requirements.

Tailor the deal data you collect from your partners
You can now define which Custom Objects (of type Deal) are available for each of your deal types, giving you control over the data partners can add when working their deals.
Use the Available Custom Objects field when creating a deal type. The field defaults to All.
You and your partners can then add submissions of the specified data points when editing a deal of that type.
For more information about configuring deal types, see Adding Custom Deal Types.
Partners' deals go straight into the deal pipeline
When a partner registers a deal, the deal automatically defaults to the first stage in your pipeline sequence. This is the first stage listed in > Settings > Forms & Fields > Deal Stages (excluding Closed Lost).
This has now been added to partner portals for Engage subscriptions.
Find collateral contributed by a specific team member
We've added a Created By filter to the Collateral Library listing, allowing you to filter the list by the user who uploaded assets. You may need to use the More menu to activate the filter.
Partners can apply much more complexity when configuring their social feed
When configuring their social feed, partners select social media tags to specify which topics they want to subscribe to. Previously this was a simple AND statement, e.g. Vertical = Maritime AND Language = French. Now the tag selection can include options/alternative scenarios, and exception rules, for example:
Vertical = Maritime AND Language = French
OR
Product = F100 OR F200
Specifying the feed in this way allows for more complex rules and makes it easier to differentiate between the types of post users want to review or auto-approve.
An exception rule, for example Vertical does not contain Maritime, will match on all values of Vertical except Maritime.
Partners configure their social feed in > Settings (or My Settings) > Social Media.
Learn how to upload files via API
We've added information about this API endpoint to the API Explorer in Unifyr Admin:
- File Uploads - Upload assets (images, documents) referenced by campaigns, collateral, mailings, and other partner content.
For more information, see the API Explorer at > Help > API Documentation in Unifyr Admin - go to the Partner tab.
