Identify your partners' efforts for reward
We’ve introduced support for affiliate attribution - identifying and rewarding the specific partner who influenced their contact to a marketing touchpoint like a product information sign-up. The partner's identity is carried along their prospects' journey from initial interaction to arrival at their supplier's own website.
This means you can attribute resulting website traffic back to the partner who generated it, and optionally see which types of content are performing best.
You, as the supplier, configure partner, campaign, and content type parameters in Partner Marketing > Affiliate Links and these are automatically appended to all links from your marketing content, when your partners personalize the content and distribute it to their contacts. Once this is done, there is no action for the partner - all links from content will automatically be decorated in this way.
You can then view your partners’ performance via a dashboard.
For more information, see About Affiliate Links/Attribution.
View changes to portal navigation
We've introduced an audit trail for changes made to your partner portal views, to help you see what changed and when, and easily revert to a previous version if required.
In Partner Portal > Site Configuration, open the view you want to review and click History. A list of changes is shown, with the date and the user who made them. You can click to get more information about an individual change, or re-implement an earlier version of the view.
For more information, see Getting the Change History for a Portal View.

Connect Unifyr to your Microsoft Copilot assistant
We're delighted to announce that Unifyr is now included on the list of approved AI app connectors in the Microsoft Marketplace. Now you can connect your Copilot assistant directly to your Unifyr instance/data via Agent Connect, if it's enabled.
For more information about Agent Connect, see About Agent Connect.
Choose the translations of your partner portal
You can already provide multiple language versions of your partner portal, so that your partners can enjoy your experience in their own language. We've made some changes to make that support more flexible:
- English no longer has to be included as an option.
- You can set a default language - the portal will always open in that language when partners first log in (they can change later, if you've provided multiple language versions).
- You're permitted to provide the portal in a single language only.
For more information, see About Translations.
Partners can update their leads with a single upload
Partners can already import a spreadsheet of lead listings to their partner portal, to create new lead records. We've now improved the import action to support updates of existing leads from the spreadsheet - previously, these were flagged as duplicate records and were ignored during import.
A partner can download their list of leads from the portal, make their required edits in the output spreadsheet, and add rows for new leads if required, then re-import the spreadsheet with no further admin needed. In this way, existing leads' unique ID is maintained so partners know the correct record will be updated.
We've also added Sales Stage as a supported column in an imported file, so partners can update the stage of the lead, as well as its detail.

Introducing Gamification of the Unifyr partner experience
We’re delighted to announce the ability for you to “gamify” your partners' experience of working in your channel program. Gamification converts the work partners are already doing into progress they can see, provides them with acknowledgement and encouragement, and gives your team something to reward. Partners respond to visible recognition of their work, when activities become visible accomplishments rather than lines in a log.
Our Gamification feature provides these benefits for your partners and for you:
- Achievements that earn recognition amongst fellow partners
- Tiers and benefits mapped to performance
- Contests and leaderboards that make participation fun
- Analysis of partner performance
- Tracking of achievements and if/how they’re driving production
- Option to sync partner progress into your CRM records
Set up Gamification in Partner Management > Gamification.
For more information, see About Gamification.
Ask IQ as your channel management partner
We've updated your Ask IQ assistant so it can work alongside you, in Unifyr Admin, all day. As well as an overall improvement in response times and quality, we've added all the functions from the Analytics IQ and Agent Connect toolsets directly into your chat. Now you can run plain-language conversations about deal pipeline, partner activity, lead performance etc., and ask Ask IQ to carry out actions for you, such as creating/updating deals, approving partner registrations, and publishing content.
Opt your platform in to Ask IQ at > Settings > AI Settings > Ask IQ Opt-In.
For information about AI support in Unifyr, see AI Support with Unifyr IQ.
Enable/disable AI support with a single click
We've added a "master AI switch" to Unifyr Admin - a control that turns off/on all AI-powered capabilities in the platform (including your portal), retaining your individual feature and agent settings so you can restore them instantly when you re-enable AI support.
Go to > Settings > AI Settings > Advanced Settings and toggle AI Enabled off or on.
Translate your portal into Serbian
You can now translate your partner portal into Serbian - we've added Serbian (Latin) to the list of languages available in portal site settings.
For more information, see Managing Site Details and About Translations.
Keep partners informed about progress with their MDF transactions
We've added the option to include the creator of an MDF transaction as a recipient for an automated email workflow. When creating the Automation with an MDF event as a trigger, choose this user as the recipient:
- Recipient - Partner
- Partner User - Creator
You can email the Creator when an email is triggered from these events:
- MDF Transaction Approved
- MDF Transaction Rejected
- MDF Transaction Submitted
- MDF Transaction Updated
For information about Automations, see About Automations.
Partners can see how lead scores are calculated
When partners export their lead lists from the portal, the CSV now includes a Lead Conversion column. The column confirms whether a lead conversion event has occurred for each lead (1), or not (0). This information helps a partner reconcile their lead scores - lead conversion adds points to a lead score, in addition to those for email opens, panel submissions, etc.
Exports of registered and distributed lead data have also been standardized - both types of export now output the same columns.
Register leads via API
The Unifyr API now includes new endpoints to support partner lead registration:
- Get lead registration form data
- Get registration form data by client
- Register a lead
For more information, see the API Explorer at > Help > API Documentation in Unifyr Admin. Go to Partner > Leads.
