Disconnecting a Workato Connection

Suppliers can temporarily disconnect a Connection to halt all data syncs from a particular system.

Caution

Take care when disconnecting a connection to an app. No alerts or notifications are given and the disconnection will cause data to become outdated in the target system.

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > Integrations and go the the iPaaS tab in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Go to the Projects tab.
  3. In the Assets list, go to Connections > Connected.
  4. Click on the Connection you want to disconnect, to access its details.

  5. Click Disconnect.
