Stopping and Starting a Workato Recipe

Supplier administrators can temporarily deactivate a Recipe to halt a sync of a particular type of data in an integration project.

Notes

  • Projects are built and all connections/recipes activated initially by your Unifyr team.
  • Take care when stopping a Recipe - alerts/notifications aren't given. Outdated data may cause issues with Unifyr or your connected CRM.

To stop a Recipe:

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > Integrations and go the the iPaaS tab in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Go to the Projects tab.
  3. In the Assets list, go to Recipes > Active.
  4. Go to the Recipe you want to stop.
  5. Click … to access the actions menu.

  6. Choose Stop recipe.

Note

Stopping a parent Recipe will automatically stop the child Recipe(s) too.

To start or restart a Recipe:

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > Integrations and go the the iPaaS tab in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Go to the Projects tab.
  3. In the Assets list, go to Recipes > Inactive.
  4. Go to the Recipe you want to start/restart.
  5. Click … to access the actions menu.

  6. Choose Start recipe.
