Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) is a cloud-based platform that allows users to connect applications, data, processes, services, and events across cloud and on-premise environments. iPaaS provides a unified platform for developing, deploying, managing, and integrating applications and services in a secure and scalable manner.

- Connect applications: Connect different applications, data, business processes, and services.
- Automate processes: Create workflows to automate certain processes and reduce the need for manual human intervention.
- Data governance: Allow only users who are granted specific permission to access data.
Unifyr provides an embedded iPaaS tool by integrating with Workato. This integration allows suppliers to ensure that their data is continually synchronized between their CRM, DAM, or other API-based application, and Unifyr. For example, you might want to integrate with your organization’s internal Salesforce instance and pull your partner records into Unifyr.

Work with your Unifyr team to have Workato integrations set up and configured. Integrations are usually built during the implementation phase of your Unifyr project but can be added on your behalf at any time. As a supplier, you can view the connections set up by your Unifyr team, see the workflows they use and review the logs of progress as the synchronization jobs run.
When you’ve got one or more Workato integrations set up, you can review the configuration for each one, and view the logs and errors generated while it is running. All the information is contained in the project for an integration.
Navigate to > Settings > Integrations page and go to the iPaaS tab in the left sidebar.

You may see a Create project button on the page, if you don’t currently have any integrations set up. This has no effect - suppliers aren’t permitted to create their own Workato integration projects. You can contact your Unifyr team to discuss your options.
